Do you design websites on platforms other than GoHighLevel?
No. We specialize exclusively in GoHighLevel. This allows us to build reliable websites and business systems while providing long-term support with confidence.
Do I need a GoHighlevel subaccount?
Yes. Since every website is built within GoHighLevel, you'll need an active sub-account before we begin. If you don't have one yet, we'll guide you through the setup process.
Do you include CRM setup and workflow automation?
Yes. We can configure pipelines, dashboards, forms, surveys, calendars, and workflow automations based on your business needs. Every setup is tailored to your processes and goals.
Do you help with the initial setup?
Yes. We help with essential setup including connecting your custom domain, DNS configuration, branded links, basic GoHighLevel account configuration, and calendar setup (if included in your project). Advanced custom development, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations are outside our standard scope of services.
Do I need to purchase a phone number?
If your project includes calling or SMS features, you'll need to purchase a phone number through LeadConnector (LC Phone) or Twilio, depending on your GoHighLevel setup. We'll advise you on the best option, but purchasing and configuring phone numbers is not included in our standard setup services.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. We'll ensure everything is working properly before handoff and provide post-launch guidance. Ongoing maintenance and future improvements are also available.
